Eligibility Requirements

Participants should meet one of the following conditions:

  • Master’s degree or higher + at least 1 year of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree + at least 2 years of HR experience
  • Diploma + at least 4 years of HR experience

About the Instructor – Alireza Ghezel

Alireza Ghezel holds the PHRi and SPHRi certifications from HRCI, is a certified Global Talent Management Leader (GTML) from the Talent Management Institute, and a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential holder from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

He has more than 12 years of experience as an HR specialist and senior HR executive in major organizations, particularly in talent identification and development. He actively supports professionals in career growth and has extensive experience in training, talent management implementation, organizational coaching, mentor coaching, and coaching capability development for managers (Manager as a Coach), with more than 1,000 coaching hours.

He is a PhD in Organizational Behavior at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Allameh Tabataba’i University, and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Tehran.
