About the Instructor

Alireza Ghezel is a talent management specialist certified by the Talent Management Institute of the United States and a credentialed coach at the PCC level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

He has more than 12 years of experience as a specialist and senior HR manager (identification and development of organizational talent) in large companies. Based on his expertise, he helps colleagues grow their career paths. He also collaborates with various organizations in teaching and implementing talent management processes and organizational coaching (as a coach, mentor coach, and trainer of coaching competencies for managers – Manager as a Coach), with more than 600 hours of coaching experience.

Alireza holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Allameh Tabataba’i University, and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Tehran.

In 2019, he obtained the international PHRi certification from the HRCI Institute (USA). In 2021, he earned the Global Talent Management Leader (GTML) certification from the Talent Management Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. In the same year, he achieved the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation.

In 2022, he was selected as the top coach of the Middle East region and received the Prism Award from ICF Middle East. In 2023, he obtained the international SPHRi certification from HRCI (USA).
