About the Course

This professional course introduces the concept of the Center of Excellence (CoE) and its strategic role within modern HR operating models. Participants will explore the philosophy, design principles, governance mechanisms, and implementation roadmap of effective HR CoEs that enhance organizational agility, strategic alignment, service quality, and HR performance.
