Registrations are now open for the Applied Venture Capital and Private Equity Finance Program, organized in collaboration with Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center (BÜYEM), Arz Portfolio, and Ibn Haldun University Continuing Education Center (IHSEM). Applications will close on October 28, 2025, and the program will commence on November 3, 2025.
The program covers a wide range of topics, including financial literacy, financial statements, investment instruments, economic and market dynamics, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, M&A), venture capital and private equity fund structures, investment processes, exit strategies, and legal regulations. It is open to senior undergraduate students (3rd and 4th year) and graduate students from departments such as Economics, Management, Finance, and Engineering, as well as finance professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in joining the start-up and investment ecosystem. Upon completion, participants will receive an internationally recognized certificate, gain access to a strong professional network, and benefit from sector-specific mentorship support.
Program participants will also be eligible to apply for the “Arz Fellowship” Scholarship Program, supported by the Boğaziçi University Development Foundation (BUVAKIF). Scholarship applications will remain open until September 19. Candidates who pass the preliminary evaluation will be invited to interviews between October 1–17, and the results will be announced on October 20. Selected participants will be provided with financial support, mentorship, and internship opportunities under the scholarship program.
